Refund Policy

ALL requests must be in writing.

Particulars must include, name of player, player's date of birth, address, telephone number(s) and the reason for refund request. There is a $20.00 Administration fee that will apply to ALL requests and will be deducted from your refund.

* 100% refund, less the $20.00 administration fee, will be given if the request is received BEFORE the season or training/skills clinic or camp begins.

* SGSC will NOT give refunds once the FIRST indoor/outdoor soccer game commences or the first skills/clinic/camp session starts.

There are no exceptions to the policy and that includes injuries, pregnancies, conflicts etc.
