SOCCER FIELD COMPLEX

"Veteran's Memorial Field" was dedicated in a ceremony held on Sunday August 20th/2000.

THE COMPLEX:

The Sarnia Girls Soccer Club in conjunction with the City of Sarnia agreed to build a new Soccer Complex that has 8 Fields & is known as "Veteran's Memorial Fields".

The Complex is located on land that sits between Highway 402 and London Line, just East of Modeland Road.

The star on the map below indicates where the entrance to the Soccer Complex parking lot is located.

The Soccer Complex has 2 Fields that measure 85 yards x 120 yards (with a provision to light these 2 fields) and 6 additional fields that measure 75 yards x 110 yards.

The building was built in cooperation with the City of Sarnia, The Sarnia Girls Soccer Club & the Sarnia Gymnastics Club. The building consists of the Gymnastics Facilities, Soccer Club Offices & Meeting Room, Storage areas for the 2 Clubs, public washrooms, player change rooms and a concession booth.
