Sarnia Girls Soccer Club

Volunteer Screening Policy

Message from Janet Fisher, President. The attached procedures for Volunteer Screening are a mandatory requirement from the OSA and have been introduced to assure that clubs are providing a “Duty of Care” in assuring that our many volunteers have a reasonable level of assessment before having access to vulnerable people, ie our youth players. Under the policy, I am required to advise the Membership that if they have had an experience that contravenes the club policy, I can be contacted, in confidence, as the Club’s designated representative at 519-542-1199. Please do not use the club’s e-mail for matters that can be sensitive or confidential.
